We want you to love your purchase. If you need help, email us at hello@bimi.store.

• You may request a return within [30] days of delivery.  
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.

Hygiene & Personal-Care Items  
• For safety reasons, opened or used grooming/personal-care items (e.g., bikini trimmers, blades) are **non-returnable** unless defective on arrival.

How to Start a Return  
• Email hello@bimi.store with your order #, reason, and photos/video if applicable.  
• We'll reply within [24–48] business hours with instructions and an RMA.

Defects / DOA  
• Report defects within [7] days of delivery with photos/video. We’ll replace or refund after review.

Refunds  
• Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within [5–10] business days after we receive and inspect the item.  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping  
• Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error.  
• Optional restocking fee: [0–10%] (leave blank if not used).

Exchanges  
• Fastest method is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items  
• Opened personal-care items, gift cards, downloadable products, and final-sale items.

Late or Missing Refunds  
• If a refund isn’t posted within 10 business days, contact your bank/card issuer, then contact us at hello@bimi.store.
